Francis Gillman International Inc (FGI) is a Philippines-based business process outsourcing provider established in November 2025 to work with one client only: Hall & Wilcox, a leading Australian independent law firm. We operate as a dedicated offshore team, working exclusively with Hall & Wilcox to deliver high-quality legal and professional services support.

FGI is not a traditional business process outsourcing provider. Our people are embedded within Hall & Wilcox teams and work as trusted colleagues, supporting real legal matters and professional services work for Australian and international clients.

What you’ll do

At FGI, you’ll work with Hall & Wilcox teams across a range of legal and professional services roles. Depending on the position, your work may include legal research, document preparation, administrative support, project work, or supporting business operations.

You’ll receive structured onboarding and training and will work closely with a growing team in the Philippines and with Australian colleagues, gaining exposure to international standards and professional practices.
